Your Data. Your Rules.

We only collect what we need to run your training — practice smarter, know what to fix, and improve with purpose. Here is the full list:

• Run your account: login, profiles, streaks and progress.
• Unlock what you paid for: subject entitlements, simulations, lessons and question banks.
• Help you improve: detailed explanations, mistake tracking and performance insights.
• Support you: answer questions on WhatsApp and by email.
• Keep things safe: detect abuse, coupon fraud and suspicious logins.

We do not sell your personal data. Ever. Training data is used to train you — not to build advertising profiles.

Payments are processed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) through our payment partner EasyKash. On the EasyKash page you choose card, wallet or Fawry cash — whichever suits you.

• Your card and wallet details go directly to EasyKash. We never see or store them.
• We keep the order record: amount, subject, date and payment status — so we can activate and support your access.
• A valid Egyptian phone number is required at checkout so the payment provider can reach you if needed.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies. We store a small number of functional items so the app remembers you:

• Login session (Supabase secure tokens) — keeps you signed in.
• Theme preference and app-mode flag — remembers dark mode and install state.
• Guest cart, lesson filters and test settings — so you don't lose your place.
• Cached plans and features (24 hours) — so pages load fast.

Clearing your browser storage will sign you out and reset these preferences. The core service still works — you just start fresh.

We measure what matters — which lessons help, where students get stuck — using:

• Google Analytics (GA4) and Firebase Analytics for aggregate usage.
• Microsoft Clarity for session replay, so we can fix confusing screens.
• First-party page visits: we store a daily rotating, privacy-preserving session hash (IP + browser, hashed) with page, country and city — never your name or answers.
• Activity heartbeat: while signed in we update a “last active” timestamp roughly once a minute so streaks stay accurate.

You can block analytics with any content blocker or by disabling JavaScript measurement. Your lessons, simulations and mistake bank keep working normally.

• Supabase — hosts our database, auth and file storage.
• EasyKash — processes your payment (receives name, email, phone, amount).
• Google, Microsoft and Firebase — analytics listed above.
• Push provider (FCM) — only if you enable notifications, to deliver reminders to your device.

We disclose data to authorities only when required by applicable Egyptian law. We never sell data to data brokers or advertisers.

• Account and learning data is kept while your account is active so your history and streaks survive.
• Order records are kept as required for accounting and billing disputes.
• Analytics session hashes rotate daily and are aggregated over time.
• You can delete your account anytime from your profile — this signs you out and queues your personal data for deletion. Contact us if anything looks stuck.

• See and edit your name, phone, bio and avatar from your profile.
• Change your password from your profile at any time.
• Turn push-notification categories on or off from your device and profile settings.
• Ask for a copy, correction or deletion of your data via the contact below — we reply to every real request.

Many of our students are under 18. If you are under 18, please use 800 Academy with a parent or guardian's knowledge. Parents and guardians may contact us at any time to review or delete a student's data.
